RaceCrew Terms of Use

Effective October 8, 2026. RaceCrew is provided by Smith Forge Studio LLC. By using it, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Participation and accounts

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are a minor, use RaceCrew with a parent or guardian's permission. Protect your password and only use an account you are authorized to access. Pilot access is free for participating races while the pilot is available. Purchases and purchase restoration are not offered in this first release.

Community estimates

Wait times, balloon positions, course information and report availability can be wrong, incomplete or delayed. Follow official instructions, posted signs, race staff and emergency personnel. Do not rely on RaceCrew for navigation safety, medical advice, emergency help or a guaranteed finish/cutoff time. Use the app only when safe; stop moving before interacting with your phone.

Reports and photos

Submit truthful observations. Do not upload content you do not have permission to share, private personal information, harassment, unlawful content or misleading reports. Do not photograph others where prohibited or interfere with race operations. You grant us permission to process your submissions to operate RaceCrew, review evidence and publish approved community information. You retain ownership of your content. We may moderate, correct, remove or decline reports, and restrict accounts that misuse the service.

Availability and account deletion

Pilot features and events may change or be unavailable. We may limit or end access for operational or safety reasons. You can request permanent account deletion in the app or through our deletion page. Anonymous reports and limited records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RaceCrew is provided as available without a guarantee of accuracy, uninterrupted service or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Independent service

RaceCrew is an independent community race-day tool from Smith Forge Studio LLC. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Disney, runDisney, or The Walt Disney Company.

Questions and changes
