Delete your RaceCrew account

In the app

1. Sign in and open Account.
2. Select Delete account.
3. Review the explanation, type DELETE and confirm.

Wait for the accepted-request confirmation. Your account access stops and the app signs you out. Cleanup continues in the background.

Without the app

Email admin@smithforge.studio with subject “RaceCrew account deletion” from the email address associated with your RaceCrew account. If you cannot use that address, contact us to verify ownership. We will verify the request before deleting an account. Do not send a password or an access token.

What is removed and what may remain

Deletion removes your sign-in account, access grants, device links and ordinary private notes and photos. Anonymous structured community reports and aggregate history may remain. Evidence flagged for moderation may be retained for up to 90 days. Minimal security and legally required transaction records may also remain, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Deletion is permanent. Email us if an accepted request appears stuck or if you need help submitting it.
