Email admin@smithforge.studio with “RaceCrew” in the subject. Include your app version, iOS/Android version, race name and what happened. Do not send your password, access tokens or precise live location.

Access and reporting

Sign in to the account you used for RaceCrew, refresh race access and check your internet connection. Reports can only be submitted during the race's reporting window. A proposal or balloon report marked “pending” requires operator review before affecting public updates.

Privacy and deletion

Read the Privacy Policy or request account deletion. You can request deletion even if you no longer have the app.

Race-day safety

Support email is not an emergency channel. Contact race staff or emergency services for urgent assistance. Follow official event guidance rather than community estimates.
